Care
The right care depends on your product's material and finish. Keep it away from moisture and direct heat.
Embossed, printed or textured leather: cleaning and storage
Dust gathers in the relief. Clean with a soft brush or a dry cloth, following the direction of the pattern. For marks, start with a soft, dry cloth and use water only if the finish allows it. Avoid heavy creams and wax, which can stay in the relief and change the sheen. Use a care product only if it is indicated for that finish; then test it on a hidden spot. Storage: stuff the product lightly with paper and keep it in a cloth dust bag, with no weight on top of it.
What to avoid
Keep the product away from direct heat: radiator, hair dryer, a car dashboard in the sun. Avoid prolonged moisture and direct sunlight, which can fade the material. Do not spray perfume, alcohol or disinfectant on the product. Do not store the product in plastic bags, because the material needs air. If the product got wet, gently remove the excess water without rubbing, and let it dry at room temperature, away from heat sources. For suede or fur soaked with water, ask a specialist for advice.

Produsele din stoc le expediem în aceeași zi dacă plasezi comanda până la ora 13:00, iar după 13:00 în următoarea zi lucrătoare. Timpul de livrare al curierului este estimativ și poate varia. După ce curierul preia coletul, nu îl putem garanta.
Ai 14 zile să returnezi produsul, fără penalități și fără să dai un motiv. Costul transportului la retur îl suporți tu. Produsul nu trebuie să aibă urme de folosire și se returnează în ambalajul original.
Produsele făcute la comandă se returnează doar pentru defecte de fabricație.
