Return Policy

Romanian legislation in this field stipulates: “the consumer has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract, within 14 working days, without penalties and without invoking any reason. The only costs that may be borne by the consumer are the direct costs of returning the products.

The product can only be returned if it is ordered from the website. If the product is purchased from the workshop, the product may be exchanged for another one without the value thereof being refunded.

In the case of "made-to-order" products (according to the customer's specifications regarding the type of material used and color), these can only be returned in the event of defects that can be attributed to the manufacturer: manufacturing defect. Furthermore, in the case of made-to-order products, where the color and type of leather or other modifications were specified by you, you are fully responsible for the final appearance of the product.

When returning products, the following aspects will be taken into account:
-the cost of transport will be borne by the client;
-the ordered products must not show signs of use;
-they must be returned in their original packaging and via the same courier company used for delivery;
-in case the color does not match, another color may be requested in exchange for the original one;
