The right care depends on your product's material and finish. Keep it away from moisture and direct heat.
Leather care: cleaning and storage
Wipe off dust with a soft, dry cloth. For light marks, start with a soft, dry cloth too. Use water only if the care guidance for the product's finish allows it, and let the product dry at room temperature. If the finish allows leather cream, apply a thin layer of a suitable product after testing it on a hidden spot. Storage: stuff the product lightly with paper, put it in a cloth dust bag and keep it in a dry, ventilated place.
Product care
Gently wipe off dust with a soft, dry cloth. For stains, check the material and finish before cleaning. Do not apply creams or other care products until you have identified the material and finish. Keep the product in a cloth dust bag, lightly stuffed with paper.
What to avoid
Keep the product away from direct heat: radiator, hair dryer, a car dashboard in the sun. Avoid prolonged moisture and direct sunlight, which can fade the material. Do not spray perfume, alcohol or disinfectant on the product. Do not store the product in plastic bags, because the material needs air. If the product got wet, gently remove the excess water without rubbing, and let it dry at room temperature, away from heat sources. For suede or fur soaked with water, ask a specialist for advice.

Produsele din stoc le expediem în aceeași zi dacă plasezi comanda până la ora 13:00, iar după 13:00 în următoarea zi lucrătoare. Timpul de livrare al curierului este estimativ și poate varia. După ce curierul preia coletul, nu îl putem garanta.
Ai 14 zile să returnezi produsul, fără penalități și fără să dai un motiv. Costul transportului la retur îl suporți tu. Produsul nu trebuie să aibă urme de folosire și se returnează în ambalajul original.
Produsele făcute la comandă se returnează doar pentru defecte de fabricație.
